Please note, someone should be home to receive your seafood delivery. This is to prevent theft and to keep your seafood at an optimal temperature.

To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly request a notice of at least 24 hours for all canceled delivery times. We appreciate your cooperation in providing us with as much notice as possible to prevent your order from going on an unintended journey with our delivery driver.


Our pick-up service is offered bi-monthly with varying dates and times. Kindly reach out to us before placing your order to verify the current schedule for pick-ups.

For pickup orders, kindly give us a call upon your arrival, and we'll swiftly bring your order to your car. Please have your order number to confirm your order.

* we recommend bringing a cooler to keep your seafood at optimal temperature. Stryos are available for a extra cost upon request.
