Always using hand selected fresh Wild Salmon and authentically smoking it using our traditional European smoking technique. This produces a perfectly smoked salmon with far less sodium than the traditional smoking methods. 
 
Our irresistible silky smoked lox has less sodium than traditional cold-smoked lox, thanks to our french smoking technique. We always use Wild West Coast Sockeye Salmon for ultimate quality and freshness!
