At the Fisherman's Daughter we take great pride in our premium quality seafood. Always using hand selected fresh Wild Salmon and authentically smoking it using our traditional European smoking technique. This produces a perfectly smoked salmon with far less sodium than the traditional smoking methods. Our products are always all natural, no artificial additives, nitrates or preservatives!

WE SMOKE OUR LOX USING A FRENCH TECHNIQUE!

Our irresistible silky smoked lox has less sodium than traditionally cold-smoked lox, thanks to our french smoking technique. We always use Wild West Coast Sockeye Salmon for ultimate quality and freshness!
